Re: can't work on my MBPHi cashplk,
A common mistake we see is people expecting that Viscosity will display an icon in the dock, or getting the dock and menu bar confused. Viscosity will not display an icon in the dock, however it should display a small icon in your menu bar (top right near the clock). Clicking on this should bring up the Viscosity menu. However if this icon is not appearing, try checking the Console to see if there are any errors or warning. If the icon doesn't appear it most likely means Viscosity experienced a serious error when trying to start. http://www.thesparklabs.com/support/vie ... nsole_log/ Cheers, James James Bekkema

Re: can't work on my MBPhello, still not find the icon in the menu.
use the console, just find this message: 12-5-23 下午5:54:13.367 Viscosity: <type 'exceptions.AttributeError'>: '__NSArrayI' object has no attribute 'remove' hope this can help u to locate the problem.
Re: can't work on my MBPHi cashplk,
Try killing Viscosity using the Activity Monitor if it is still running, and then delete Viscosity's preferences file (you shouldn't need to delete anything else). See the following article for how to do this: http://www.thesparklabs.com/support/uni ... viscosity/ Cheers, James James Bekkema
