Oh one more thing
DD-wrt uses openvpn 2.0.x i think i tried viscosity on 2.1 and it doesn't work (preferences -> advanced)

viscosity lives in the menu bar not in the dock... did you check in the upper right corner?
viscosity is a user-friendly frontend for openVPN don't think it's going to work with Cisco's VPN...

i have dd-wrt VPN (v24 sp2 prerelease) Everything works with viscosity still haven't tested to send all traffic through the VPN connection... cause i generally don't need it.
