One more piece of information. When I connect to OpenVPN/tap and then on the Mac terminal: ] sudo route -n delete 192.168.8.0/24 ] sudo route -n add 192.168.8.0/24 192.168.7.1 ] route -n get 192.168.8.1 | grep interface interface: tap0 ] ping -c1 192.168.8.1 ... 64 bytes from 192.168.8.1: icmp_seq=0...

An additional piece of information. The OpenVPN/tap server in combination with Viscosity 1.4.9 on a Windows 7 system works as it is currently configured. Once OpenVPN/tap connected to the office (e.g. 7) network I can reach the office2 (e.g. '8') network without problems.

I am running Viscosity 1.4.9 on a OSX 10.9.3 system. I have a remote OpenVPN server with tap interface running on 192.168.7.1 that pushes out two routes: push "route 192.168.7.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.7.1"; push "route 192.168.8.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.7.1"; The 192.168.7.0/24 net...

I often have two VPN connections running concurrently. Looking at the Viscosity icon, I can tell with a glance if I am connected, but I cannot tell if one or both or more of my VPN connections are active. Is there a way to tell the number of active VPN connections on the status bar or icon? If not, ...

I am having a OpenVPN/Viscosity configuration issue with DNS I am not able to resolve. Maybe there is a simple solution. Here is the problem. I connect to my local network and the router, running Dnsmasq, forwards the DNS requests to OpenDNS servers. Pretty standard setup. In my case, however, the r...

Hello James, OK, I really would like this to work. Thanks for the reponse. 1. How are the IP addresses for your connections assigned? Both by OpenVPN? Both by a remote DHCP server? One of each? Both tap interfaces are assigned by DHCP from the OpenVPN servers. 2. Are either of the connections direct...
