In our case we selectively push routes based on where the connection is coming from. If a user is connecting from a trusted on-premise network then the VPN allows the connection but doesn't push any routes so local traffic isn't forced through a VPN to work around users being bad about not disconnec...

Only third party reports so far. It might be related to DNS clean-up on connection timeout if DNS servers provided by LAN and VPN are identical leaving no DNS servers enabled but that's just speculation at this point.

I will try to get someone who can reproduce the issue.

I'm getting reports of the same issue after the upgrade to 1.9.4 with clients being broken when moving from one network to another.

Clients that have upgraded to 1.7.4 on Windows are getting a Connection Import Failed dialogue when attempting to double-click a software-generated .visz configuration package that we distribute for our VPN service. Have there been any changes to the format of the .visz package that would be causing...

Has anyone run into problems with using Viscosity on a VMware VDI setup?

Connection via RDP works fine, but if connected via PCoIP as soon as Viscosity establishes a connection the session hangs. We already verified it's not pushing down any conflicting routes.

Just to clarify before I change things, does this mean pushing domain.com will now have anything.domain.com (1), anything.anything.domain.com (2), anything.anything.anything.domain.com (3) and beyond use the VPN DNS servers in Split DNS mode?

Or is it still limited to one or two sub-domains?

Split DNS seems to work in OS X for a.domain.com and b.a.domain.com but on Windows 10 only a.domain.com works (not a.b.domain.com). I've also tried the 1.6.2 beta and no luck. I disagree with the implementation decision that you've made to not direct any and all subdomain lookups for a domain pushed...

When set to launch at startup and a profile is set to connect automatically the application will freeze after a few minutes and become unusable until the process is killed and restarted. I believe there is some sort of race condition between the client application starting and the backend service no...

We've found a few users who have broken installs that needed to be resolved by: 1. Uninstalling Viscosity 2. Deleting multiple Viscosity network adapters in Network Devices (some users as many as 4 or 5) Has anyone else encountered this? We've also had issues with users choosing to upgrade but not c...

This is affecting our users as well. Is there a way to push DNS settings from the server CCD files? Or do we need to have users re-download their client configuration? Our model: VPN pushes down DNS but only routes to authorized resources, most of which are RFC1918. "Full DNS" or being abl...
