I guess this is something like a Demarc point; Who is responsible for what. You were quite correct. I contacted the VPN provider and they were more then happy to provide what range they use for their various connections. It's all setup now.

Hello, I am tightening up my Windows firewall as i use it as a VPN killswitch for a few select programs including my browser. I am however hitting a dead end.
