Ok, thanks, tried adjusting the tun-mtu and the fragment options to no avail. gonna have them try getting another router to see if that helps.

The users system is setup the same as everyone else in the company, and we remove those bloat apps from the computer before sending them to the user. Hello,

We are having the same issue, on nearly every computer in our environment.

However, it does not seem to be causing any problems with the user actually staying connected to the VPN.
