Hi ManOfPeace,
Are you able to provide us with a copy of your raw configuration file? That is, the configuration you are trying to import. This might reveal the issues you are having. You may wish to email this to us if you want to keep it off the web.
Regards,
Eric

Just an update on this. We've found the issue and it is indeed isolated to those who run a higher DPI in windows than standard. We're hoping to have a beta up by the weekend which resolved the issue.
Cheers,
Eric

Thanks for your help there Ryan, I have a feeling I know what caused it, I will add something to the next version to hopefully prevent it ever occuring again. One of those things where all the planets align, I doubt I'm ever going to be able to replicate on our test machines. Thanks again! Cheers, E...

Hi cfchase,
Are you running Windows with an increased DPI? I.e. you've changed a setting to make everything appear larger?
Regards,
Eric

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for reporting this! Do you know how much data had passed through the connection before the freeze? After the resize which fixed the problem, has it happened again?
Cheers,
Eric

Hi Ian,
The latest release should have fixed this issue. We've had confirmations from several people that they no longer encounter this crash.
Are you using version 1.3.3?
Cheers,
Eric
