How to make an exception for an application?

My OpenVPN server rejects bittorrent traffic, so I have to configure my machine in such a way that a single application (Transmission, for example) will get direct access to the network and all others will access it through OpenVPN. Is it even possible? If not, can you implement it? :cry:
(BTW I did buy the Viscosity license)

Automatic application routing is something that we're working on, however I'm afraid it's not something that currently possible.
