My Password is not Consistently Recognized After Login

Viscosity starts fine and the initial login, user name and password are saved in my keychain, is successful. Later on after a series of successful hourly automatic login refresh I get the warning that my password is not recognized. After I quit Viscosity and relaunch it all goes well again.
Any thoughts?

my system is: mac pro 2.66 ghz dual-core intel xeon 10.6.2 viscosity 1.0.8 openvpn 2.1.1

Hi sicilynskates,

It's possible the VPN server is sending out a different identifier for the username/password request, so Viscosity sees it as a different prompt (some OpenVPN server integrations with Active Directory can have this). You may also like to check your Keychain permissions. See the following post for more information:
