Hi
I am currently using the Viscosity 30-day free trial with an OpenVPN configuration file. While I find I am generally able to visit most websites without any issues, the Hulu website does not load properly for me. When I visit the Hulu website, the page loads indefinitely without any content appearing. I was wondering if any other users have experienced this issue, and if there is a solution for this issue.
I have included a screenshot below to show the issue I cam encountering. I am running the latest build of Viscosity 1.9.3 for macOS. Any assistance which can be provided would be appreciated.

Hi EmeraldFlowsionIE,
Many streaming providers will actively try to block or limit access to their services if they detect you are on a VPN. We recommend you contact your VPN Provider (who provided you with the OpenVPN configuration file) for assistance for their recommendation for this situation - https://sparklabs.com/support/kb/articl ... ovider-is/
You may also like to check you have the correct routing on your connection - https://sparklabs.com/support/kb/articl ... lications/
