I am not able to connect! just keep spinning!

Hi,

my viscosity was working well for a few months. when i tried one day to use it again, it just kept spinning and spinning.

Hi Suri,

Unfortunately it's bad news. The reason that would be happening is because the remote end of the VPN connection is rejecting your connection to their server, or you have a firewall or proxy in between that is causing the connection to drop. That looks like a WiTopia connection. You will need to contact them (or whoever the provider of that VPN connection is) and see what's happening.

I have the exact same issue on 10.6.5... whats odd is that it works from Windows 7 machine using the OpenVPN client. But then thats not really using the .opvn file. Any advice would be helpful here.
