Hi PincoPallo,

The log can be copied out of the Details window and saved to a document or email. The following will show you how to find the OpenVPN log - http://www.sparklabs.com/support/viewin ... envpn_log/

Hi Eric,
unfortunately, what do you advise me(Standard copy/paste/select-all shortcuts can be used to copy parts of the log to support staff if required) I can not do it, it's just what I asked for help! I can not act with the right mouse button in the dialog Viscosity ...
Thanks

Hi PincoPallo,

After clicking in the box containing the log text, you can use Ctrl+A to select all (or click and drag your mouse), then Ctrl+C to copy.

Eric
