"DirectAccess"

I'm trying to find a OpenVPN client that acts like DirectAccess. I have the standard openVPN client working on my network, I have downloaded and install this client and it looks like it has potential but I've got a couple of issues to get worked out.
I get this message in the openvpn log sometimes, the client says its connected but my connection doesn't work. This is in the detail logs:
Mar 30 09:04:53: Initialization Sequence Completed With Errors ( see http://openvpn.net/faq.html#dhcpclientserv )
I would get that every once in the openvpn client but reconnecting once would fix that, I was hoping your client would try and reconnect when that happened.
Also with the openvpn client, when a laptop is connected and moves from outside the network to inside the network I would have issues where the routing table would not clear and the client wouldn't have any internet connection at all.
I have a rule on my firewall that blocks openVPN connections from inside the network, but that causes issues.
What I want in the end is a openVPN client that is constantly connected when not on the network and not connected when in the network, we have about 100 clients, so I would also like a way to deploy that over all the clients with our ovpn connection, and cert.
**** Edit ****
I tried it this morning in the office and it worked great, expect the laptop I was using had a old wireless key so it didn't join the work network fast enough for velocity so it popped up a disconnected notice (which I checked the box to disable) but when I joined the wireless network it didn't try to reconnect again which is going to be important. Bascily I need it to constantly try to connect
