Having trouble with multiple connections

Hello Sparklabs Team,
I use Viscosity to be able to connect with two VPN connections to different servers at the same time. This has been working really well on my mac, so I also purchased a license for my Windows computer.

For about 2 or 3 weeks, this worked really well also on Windows. I see Viscosity created two VPN adapters and I could connect to both VPN servers at the same time. Unfortunately, some days ago this started to change. I was still able to connect to both VPNs, but was only able to use one of them - no IP within VPN 2 is reachable. Only when I disconnect VPN 1, I can access IPs in VPN 2, even without a reconnect. Please note that I did not change anything in my network setup, nor did a change at one of the VPNs happen. When using my Mac with Viscosity, I can still connect to both VPNs at the same time and reach both IP ranges.

It was today when I opened Viscosity and no connection at all was possible. The software tried and tried, but could not connect me to any VPN. I then reinstalled Viscosity and once again loaded my configuration files. I am now able to connect to both VPNs again, but the first problem is still there: When I am connected to VPN 1, I can not access any IP in VPN 2, although I am also connected to this VPN.

I would be really glad if you had any idea how to fix this issue. The reason why I purchased Viscosity is the possibility to use two parallel connections. If I always have to switch between the VPNs, I could also use OpenVPN, which is free... :(

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi mbit,

Could you please post up the following information and we can see if we can spot what is going on:

A copy of both connections OpenVPN logs once connected -
A copy of your 'ipconfig -all' printout
A copy of your 'route print' print out
If possible, a copy of your configs as exported from Viscosity would also help. You may wish to email these to us though if you wish to keep them private. Normally we would be happy for you to sensor out private information in these configs like IP/Server addresses, but in this case we would prefer your left them in so we can track down any clashes.
