I'm sure this is explained in detail somewhere, or I'm probably too much of a novice to understand this. I have a work VPN that I connect to for a couple of websites that I use. However Viscosity doesn't send all of my DNS traffic through the VPN. I can browse any site, stream anything, etc through a BROWSER. However any Windows application I use, DOES go through the VPN DNS. So I can't use the Spotify Windows app as it shows offline because the traffic is going through my VPN. I've noticed that my Network Connection has the DNS for the VPN, and no matter how I try to get this to not happen, it still does. I've set DNS to Split, put in the DNS Server, put the Domain(s). What am I doing wrong here?

Hi TheAbsoluteJay,

Could you please post a copy of your VPN Log after you connect, this will give us an idea of your setup and we can hopefully make some recommendations based on that - https://sparklabs.com/support/kb/articl ... envpn-log/

Please keep in mind this is a public forum, if you don't wish to post this type of information here you may wish to email us instead - https://www.sparklabs.com/support/#contact

If you are using Windows 10 2004, we have noted some issues with this release of Windows, you may wish to rollback to 1909, there some more information here - viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2869#p8772

Eric
