Hello Sparklabs support staff, I have an indirect problem with viscosity that I'm not sure how to troubleshoot. I can successfully connect to my universities vpn through viscosity, however, when running a software called engineering equation solver (ees), I keep getting a license registration error saying that it can only run with an ip address that maps to the university. I'm at a loss here as I am connected to the vpn so that should elicit a mapping of my ip address to the university right? I've contacted the university support and have yet to resolve this seemingly simple fix. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks for your time.

Hi zaneprose,

This will most likely be a routing issue - https://sparklabs.com/support/kb/articl ... lications/

I would recommend checking with support for the company that makes this software as well to ensure you are not breaking their EULA, and if not, they may have a simple solution for you.

Regards,
Eric
