Hi Everyone,

I purchased viscosity about a year + ago, been great, but recently when i try to connect it fails. I followed the instructions on the site to install openvpn on ubuntu with obfs4proxy. Used to work, but recently the connection just hangs., When i connect to it without obfs4 using the openvpn port it works fine. (yes its not the first time i have installed this, and can do it in a few min. I used tcp, configured ufw, etc, etc.. not a beginner)
The port is open but it just hangs.

Any ideas?

Eric

Hi tonyhpost,

Could you please post a copy of your log and we can take a look if there's anything obvious? Please allow two minutes for the connection to time out to grab a copy of the log if you think the connection is hanging - https://sparklabs.com/support/kb/articl ... envpn-log/

Please also try telnetting to the server port obfsproxy is listening on your server to see if it responds.

Regards,
Eric
