Hi Vladimir,

If you have any security software or enterprise management software installed on the machine, please ensure that it's not interfering with the communication between Viscosity and its helper. If such software attempts to attach to Viscosity or its helper, it'll break the code signature and cause the connection to terminate.

Otherwise, more information may be available in the Console. Look for any error messages or warnings from Viscosity or ViscosityHelper, including for any crash reports.

Thanks for posting that.

It does appear something is interfering with ViscosityHelper's XPC connection, causing it to unexpectedly terminate.

As above, some security software or enterprise management software can interferer with XPC connections, so please make sure any such software installed is not causing the problem (for example by temporarily uninstalling it).

It could also point to an issue on the local machine, causing XPC connections to fail. This can happen if the local macOS install is corrupted in some way. I'm afraid we have no concrete suggestions on how to resolve it if this is the case, other than backing up your data and forming a clean reinstall of macOS. However there do appear to be some suggestions at:
