How do I connect to a VPN from Preferences screen using only keyboard? For accessibility reasons, I cannot always use a pointing device, but I can't figure out how to use this screen with only a keyboard.

Hi dmercer,

To connect/disconnect connections you'll typically want to use Viscosity's main menu. To connect a connection using nothing by the keyboard you can do something like:
  • Press the Windows Key + B on your keyboard
  • Use the left/right arrow keys to highlight the Viscosity icon. If the icon is in the system tray overflow area, you can select the overflow icon (the upwards arrow icon) and press the Spacebar to enter it.
  • Once the Viscosity icon is selected, press Space to open the menu
  • Use the up/down arrow keys to highlight the connection you want to connect/disconnect and press the Enter key
You can also control Viscosity connections from the command line or your own scripts. You could consider adding a small script file to your desktop or Start menu that will connect/disconnect your VPN connections for easier access. More information on this can be found at:

Cheers,
