Status vpn always connecting

Hi, I have a problem with a customer, when I created a new connection only import the config file, but I'm having a problem in the computer, and all the time shows the next status: connecting, but never connected.

This is the log that show me:

Hi diana.torres,

The connection also appears to be set to bind locally to port 1194, which is probably unwanted behaviour. To fix this, edit the connection in Viscosity, go to the Options tab, tick the "No Bind" option, and Save the changes.
