Hello, I need assistance with running Viscosity. I am not a tech person so I am unsure how to fix this problem. Each time I try to log on, I get the following log details:

Aug 19 09:33:51: Cannot load certificate file cert.crt:
error:0906D06C:PEM routines:PEM_read_bio:no start line:
error:140AD009:SSL routines:SSL_CTX_use_certificate_file:PEM lib
Aug 19 09:33:51: Exiting
Aug 19 09:33:53: State changed to Disconnected

I believe I have to select the appropriate files for the SSL/TLS root certificate (ca), certificate (cert), and private key (key), however I don't know where/what those files are. Any advice for me? My network admin is unavailable to help me this week....

Hi remoter,

I'm afraid your network administrator is the person who needs to provide these to you. If you were given a connection to import, make sure the option "Keep original certificate/key names on import" is unticked in Advanced Options and try to import your connection again.

Regards,
