Thanks for posting your configuration file - unfortunately it all looks fairly standard, so I’m not sure how your Securepoint is requesting a OTP.
Out of interest, do you get prompted for a OTP with the latest beta version of Viscosity? It includes support for OpenVPN 2.3’s static challenge/response protocol, which it’s possible Securepoint may be using. It can be downloaded from:
